Violence and Harassment Policy
PROFESSIONALISM. EXPERTISE. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT!
To promote the health and well-being of employees at RadX clinics, management has implemented measures to maintain a healthy work environment free from harassment and violence.
Patients are also entitled to receive services that respect their dignity and personal integrity. For this reason, the cooperation of all individuals is expected, and staff members are encouraged to demonstrate respectful and courteous conduct. Furthermore, to prevent violence and ensure the safety of all, RadX has adopted a Policy for the Prevention and Management of Client Violence Toward Employees. This policy outlines all forms of unacceptable conduct, as well as the measures implemented to prevent violent situations and protect employees.
It is important to remember that violence can take many forms, including the following two main categories:
- Verbal: speaking loudly, yelling, intimidating, threatening, etc.
- Physical: may involve threatening and difficult-to-control behaviors, including attempts to inflict physical harm such as spitting, pinching, grabbing, scratching, slapping, biting, punching, kicking, throwing objects, pushing, or other forms of physical aggression.
Violence in any form is unacceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
